WebCall iRobot. They will have the date of sale/registration to your account and can confirm if its still in warranty. No recall on S9, just an overall shitty product. WebTroubleshooting says it’s an issue with the camera and to reboot the vacuum. I’ve tried this and reached out to support with no luck. I’ve also tried factory resetting the vacuum with no luck. Customer supports suggestion is trade it in for a $100 credit since it’s 6 months past the warranty lol.
