WebJun 25, 2024 · Posted June 23, 2024. Just to clarify, the 8 Sqn Chipmunk was WP803, which was noted there from 4.8.1988 to July 1991. WK630 was NEVER with 8 Sqn, but subsequently (as G-BXGD) has been restored in 8 Sqn markings. It's a bit like the WB585/28/G-AOSY restoration which Airfix has chosen as a 2 FTS Chipmunk.
